Kizumi lives in an internet cafe in Kabukichou and earns a living by prostituting herself (for 15,000 yen per session). She lives a life of inertia, with no dreams or hopes for the future. However, when she hears from a fellow prostitute, “Manga artists make a good living.”. She begins to struggle to escape her shitty life by drawing manga, inspired by the pillow talk of her prostitute partners she visits every day and the large collection of manga in the internet cafe.
